Frying/Griddle pan
Pre-heat the frying/griddle pan to medium-high and cook for 2 minutes on each side.
Oven
Pre-heat the oven to 200 °C. Put the burgers on an oiled oven tray and cook for 5 minutes. There’s no need to turn the burgers.
