SALE AND DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Buying your Gourmet Fishburgers from our online store is easy:
- Select the pack of burgers you want and choose the quantity.
- Click on the Add to Basket button.
- If you want to keep shopping, carry on browsing the website. Meanwhile, the products you selected will remain in the basket in the quantities you chose.
- When you have finished shopping, click on Checkout.
- Enter your delivery details and select the method of payment.
- After confirming your order and making payment, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your order.
- Your order will be delivered to your address on the date given in the email.
- If you would like an invoice, please send an email requesting one to firstname.lastname@example.org, giving your tax details.
Please note that we only deliver to mainland Spain
We take your safety very seriously, so our delivery policy is aimed at ensuring our products are delivered in the optimum condition.
Orders are managed within a maximum of 24-48 working hours from their receipt, except at weekends or on public holidays when we do not dispatch deliveries.
- Orders received between Monday and Wednesday before 12:00 will be processed for delivery within 24-48 hours.
- Orders received between Monday and Wednesday after 12:00 will be processed for delivery within 48-72 hours.
- Orders received on Thursday before 12:00 will be processed for delivery within 24-48 hours.
Orders received between Thursday (after 12:01) and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. They will be dealt with in order of receipt for delivery on Tuesday.

All our deliveries are handled by SEUR FRÍO.
Delivery costs are already included in the price of our products.
If we cannot meet the scheduled deadlines, we will contact you by email as soon as possible to give you a new delivery date.
Our goal is complete customer satisfaction, so if your order arrives damaged or in a poor condition you can ask to return the product. You have 24 hours from receipt of your purchase to return the product in question in the same way in which it was delivered.
To make a return you should send an email to email@example.com with “Return” in the subject line, stating the order number and the reason for the return. We will reply as soon as possible to explain what procedure to follow. Once we have corroborated the reasons for the return, we will refund your payment in the same way that it was made, as well as covering any postage expenses you may have incurred.
